hey kristy, i just wanted to let you know that this recipe worked out great! i actually was able to do 1 month of my electives during internship with Mary Sue Waisman. Her and I went through almost every recipe to test them and this truly was one of the better ones in the book. As well, I was so proud to see another RD in the making have such a good food sense...there are not too many out there! Keep up the cooking!
