Episode 87 - This Is Why We're Fat

Chicken and Cheese Nachos

1/2 lb ground chicken
1 package taco seasoning
1/2 cup hot salsa
1 onion, diced
1/4 cup black olives, sliced
1/2 green pepper, diced
1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, shredded
1 cup cheddar cheese, shreddded
1 bag multigrain tortilla chips

Preheat the oven to 350 F.  Brown the chicken over medium high heat, breaking it up into smaller pieces as you go.  Add the taco seasoning and 1/2 cup water and stir to coat the meat in deliciousness.  Next, spread your chips across a large baking sheet and top each one with a small amount of salsa.  Top with the taco meat, the onions, green pepper, olives and cheese.  Bake in the preheated over for 15 minutes or until the cheese is nice and melt-y!  Eat while wearing fat pants.
